1. Deliver accepted contract to escrow company.
2. Deposit earnest money with escrow company.
3. “Seller property disclosure statement” delivered and reviewed with buyer.
4. Buyer Advisory discussed and made available for researching critical information for the purchase of the property.
5. Schedule inspections and prepare “buyer inspection notice & seller response.”
6. Deliver insurance claims history to buyer.
7. Order Homeowner Association documents and review with buyer.
8. Confirm scheduling of appraisal and monitor results.
9. Verify that repairs have been completed.
10. Final walk through with buyers.
11. Accompany buyers to escrow company for final signing.
12. Verify recording of documents and transfer of ownership.
13. Deliver keys.
