Born and raised in the east valley, Shalyce Narducci thrives in the real estate business due to one important concept: the key to success is to enjoy what you're doing right now. She enjoys the real estate business and working with clients to achieve their goals.

Shalyce learned from the best when she began working as an assistant to a successful Realtor at Keller Williams. Learning quickly, she became the Marketing Director for one of Keller Williams top teams in the Western United States. Continuing her education, Shalyce earned a degree in Business Administration from the W.P Carey School at Arizona State University. Shortly thereafter, Shalyce made the transition to HomeSmart International and has found tremendous support to help expand and grow her business. Shalyce knows the value of teamwork and her favorite quote is from Donald Trump: "Watch, listen, and learn. You can't know it all yourself.. anyone who thinks they do is destined for mediocrity."
